Instasent has two products, and both have APIs. This zone documents the
Platform's, a CDP for mass marketing. The other one, the **A2P Messaging API**,
is self-service messaging for applications and AI agents: to send from your own
code — OTPs, receipts, bulk sends — to phone numbers you manage yourself, with
no audience in Instasent, use it. It has its own project type and its own
documentation.
