## What this country needs

### SMS

- **Your sender** — Your alphanumeric sender is accepted as it is.
- No registration needed — creating the sender is enough.

### RCS

- **What they ask for** — A public inbox somebody watches
- **Who acts** — A third party contacts you to verify the brand.
- **Have this ready** — Your full legal company name, including its legal form; A public support email that is real and monitored, separate from the registration contact
- **Without an approved registration** — Nothing is sent to this country until the registration is approved.

The legal name on the filing has to match your **full** legal company name exactly, including
its legal form. The agent's public name can be your trading brand, as long as there is a
verifiable link to the legal entity.

### SFR checks your public inbox

The support email on the profile has to be a real, working and **monitored** address. It is not
the same as the contact responsible for the registration.

During the review, SFR may send a **simulated enquiry posing as a real user**. It can arrive from
a `@gmail.com` account, be written in French, and land in spam. The observed subject follows the
pattern `Demande contact [agent name]`, but it can change.

Watch the inbox and the spam folder throughout the review, and reply professionally **from the
same mailbox published on the profile**. Not answering can delay or block approval.
