- **Who acts** — You sign the paperwork and return it to us.
- **Have this ready** — Privacy policy and terms available in German; A signed authorisation letter (scanned handwritten or verifiable digital signature)
- **Without an approved registration** — Nothing is sent to this country until the registration is approved.

Your privacy policy and terms have to be available **in German**. German doesn't have to be
your site's default language, as long as there is a clearly accessible language selector.

The brand completes and signs an **authorisation letter**. A scanned handwritten signature or a
verifiable digital one both work. We send you the current template once we have your request and
we attach it ourselves: **don't send it proactively to the operators**.

Two ways to get it rejected: using an old template, or sending it blank.
