### SMS

- **Your sender** — An alphanumeric sender is not accepted on its own here: it has to be registered first.
- Registration required before sending.
- Operators here restrict links inside an SMS. If your campaign carries one, check with us before a large send.
- The step-by-step for this country isn't written up yet. We tell you exactly what is needed while reviewing your registration.
- **Without an approved registration** — Messages still go out and are still billed, but delivery is best-effort: the operator may change your sender or filter the message.

- **What they ask for** — Local legal entity · Authorisation letter
- **Who acts** — You sign the paperwork and return it to us.
- **Have this ready** — An entity incorporated or registered in Singapore, with its UEN; An ACRA-issued Business Profile or BizFile, with current details; An authorisation letter specific to the protected Sender IDs, on company letterhead
- **Without an approved registration** — Nothing is sent to this country until the registration is approved.

Registering the agent requires an **entity incorporated or registered locally in Singapore**.
An international brand can use a local subsidiary or branch, provided it has a UEN and the
corresponding paperwork. Without one there is no route.

### Paperwork

- **Business Profile or BizFile** issued by ACRA, with the legal name, the UEN and the entity's
  current details.
- **An authorisation letter specific** to the protected Sender IDs registered with the Singapore
  SMS Sender ID Registry. **A generic brand authorisation is not accepted.**

The letter goes on company letterhead and includes: the Brand Owner's legal name and UEN; the
representing entity and its UEN; the authorised people; the last four digits of the NRIC or
equivalent; the protected Sender IDs; validity and scope; the brand contact; signature and
company stamp.

We provide the current template and confirm the values you need to fill in. Return the BizFile
and the completed, signed letter.
