# Reports

The Reports page lists the reports your plan has generated and lets you download them. This page explains the report list, its columns and statuses, and how downloads work. Requires a plan that includes reports.

The **Reports** page is where you find and download the reports generated for your project. It's a list of ready-made reports — this page lets you **download** them, not create or schedule them.

> **Warning**: **Reports require a plan that includes them.** If your plan doesn't, the Reports page doesn't appear in your project. See [Plans & billing](/platform/en/billing).

## The report list

Each row is one report. The columns tell you what it is and whether it's ready:

| Column | What it shows |
| -------------- | ----------------------------------------------- |
| **Name** | The report's description. Click it to download. |
| **Status** | Whether the report is ready (see below). |
| **Type** | The kind of report. |
| **Size** | The download size, in KB. |
| **Created at** | When the report was generated. |
| **Expired** | When the report stops being available. |

A toolbar at the top lets you search by description, filter by status and refresh the list. When there are no reports yet, the page shows an empty state.

## Report statuses

The status tells you whether a report can be downloaded:

- **Available** — ready to download.
- **Processing** — being generated right now.
- **Pending** — queued, not started yet.
- **Expired** — past its availability date; no longer downloadable.
- **Failed** — generation didn't complete.
- **Error** — generation failed with an error.

## Downloading a report

Click a report's name, or its **Download report** action, to download it. Reports download as a `report.zip` file — there's no format selector. Only reports in the **Available** status can be downloaded.

> **Note**: This page lists and downloads reports — it doesn't generate or schedule them. Reports are requested elsewhere in the panel — for example, the **Generate report** action on a campaign or automation — and show up here once they're ready.
