The other product: the A2P Messaging API

Instasent has two products, and both have APIs. This zone documents the Platform's, a CDP for mass marketing. The other one, the A2P Messaging API, is self-service messaging for applications and AI agents: to send from your own code — OTPs, receipts, bulk sends — to phone numbers you manage yourself, with no audience in Instasent, use it. It has its own project type and its own documentation.

A2P Messaging API

Direct messaging over HTTP or SMPP, with delivery reports and SDKs for Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby and Java.
