What this country needs
SMS

- Without an approved registration — Messages still go out and are still billed, but delivery is best-effort: the operator may change your sender or filter the message.
RCS
- What they ask for — Proof of consent · Authorisation letter
- Who acts — You sign the paperwork and return it to us.
- Have this ready — A public URL or screenshot of the exact opt-in screen; The post opt-in message, the opt-out confirmation and the HELP reply; A signed Attestation Letter, if the operator asks for one
- Without an approved registration — Nothing is sent to this country until the registration is approved.
The filing may require a public URL or a screenshot of the exact screen where opt-in is collected.
It may also ask for the post opt-in message, the opt-out confirmation and the reply to the HELP
keyword. We prepare those fields from the agent's real behaviour and ask you to confirm if
anything is missing.
Where an Attestation Letter is requested, we provide the current template and the agent's values. Return it completed and signed so we can attach it.
