Account information
Your organization's details — company name, VAT ID and address — feed your invoices and important account notices. This page covers what each field is and who can edit it.
Your organization is the account level that holds your projects, your team and your billing. Its details — the company name, tax ID and address — are what get printed on your invoices and what we use for the account notices we send you (a payment, a low-balance alert). In short: they're your company's official details in Instasent, and you manage them under General.
Where to find it
Open Settings, then General (Settings > Organization > General). The screen shows the organization's identity and contact details in a single form.
