Senders
Where you see and manage the senders for each channel in a project. This is an orientation page: it explains what the Channels area shows and points to the Channels collection for adding, registering and verifying senders per channel and country.
A sender is the identity your messages are sent from — an SMS sender ID or an RCS agent. You see and manage the senders for a project in its Channels area, under Settings → Channels. This page is a quick map of what's there; the full detail of adding, registering and verifying a sender lives in the Channels collection.
What the Channels area shows
The Channels area lists your senders per channel, with a tab for SMS and one for RCS. For each sender you see its identity, the countries where it's allowed or still pending, how many recipients it can reach, and its current status. A filter switches between available and archived senders.
From here you create a new sender, set one as the default for its channel, and archive ones you no longer use.
