Project settings
Where you configure a single project: its general details and brand profile, the channels and their senders, conversion and attribution analytics, and the link tools — short links, unsubscribe links and test numbers. This page maps every settings section and points to the per-project setup checklist.
Project settings is where you configure one project on its own: its name and locale, the brand profile that feeds the AI features, the channels you send through, how conversions are measured, and the tools that build your links. Each project has its own settings — they don't apply across your organization. For account-wide settings such as team, billing or your profile, see Organization.
The settings sections
Open Settings for a project and you'll find the sections grouped like this:
| Section | What you configure |
|---|---|
| General | The project name, its identifier, website and locale (language and timezone). The brand profile lives at the top, and deleting the project lives at the bottom. |
| Brand profile | The AI-generated profile of your brand — positioning, voice and tone, product categories — and the project logo. |
| Channels | The senders for each channel (SMS, RCS) and where you turn channels on. |
| Analytics → Conversion | What counts as a sale, profit or loss, and which integrations feed those figures. |
| Analytics → Attribution | The windows that decide when a sale is credited to a message. |
| Tools → Short links | The link shortener and your own branded short-link domain. |
| Tools → Unsubscribe links | The unsubscribe link, its opt-out prefix and your own unsubscribe domain. |
| Tools → Test numbers | The numbers you use to preview and validate a send before going live. |
Channels and their senders are configured here, but they have their own full section in the documentation — capabilities, registration and per-country regulation: see Channels.
The project setup checklist
A new project opens on its home with a setup checklist — a short, ordered guide that takes you from an empty project to your first sends. Each step links straight to where it's done, and the checklist steps aside once everything is in place.
Add your audience
Import or sync the contacts you want to reach.
Configure a channel
Pick SMS, RCS or WhatsApp and request the senders you'll use to deliver your messages.
Verify your business
Complete your legal profile so we can register your senders with the carriers.
Add some funds
Top up your balance to start sending — it covers all channels (SMS, RCS, WhatsApp).
Send your first campaign
Pick recipients, write your message, hit send — on any channel you've configured.
Automate your messaging
Build a flow or a sequence to send messages automatically based on what your customers do.
Set up your brand profile
Help our AI write in your voice across campaigns and automations.
Upgrade your account
Unlock advanced features for all your projects by upgrading your plan.
The first steps are prerequisites: you can't send until you have an audience, at least one sender and a verified business, and prepaid projects also need a balance. The rest — automations, the brand profile, upgrading — are suggestions you can dismiss.
Deleting a project
Deleting a project lives at the bottom of the General page, in a danger zone. It's a destructive, irreversible action, so it asks for a double confirmation: you type the exact project name to enable the button, then confirm again. Once deleted, all the project's data is removed immediately and can't be recovered.
