AI
Instasent's AI lives inside the dashboard in two layers: writing help that drafts and refines your messages, and an assistant that reads and analyzes your project in plain language. This page maps both and points to where each is documented.
Instasent has AI built into the dashboard, and it comes in two layers. One helps you write: it drafts messages, rewrites and shortens them, translates them and suggests campaigns, all in your brand's voice. The other is an assistant you talk to — it's called Iris: it answers with your project's real data, teaches you how to use the platform, and prepares changes for you to confirm. Both run inside Instasent; you don't connect anything to use them.
The two layers
| Layer | What it does | Where you meet it |
|---|---|---|
| Writing & suggestions | Drafts, rewrites, shortens, translates and adds emojis to your messages, and suggests campaigns — guided by your brand profile. | The message editor and the AI button on text fields across the panel. |
| Assistant (Iris) | A conversational assistant — called Iris — that answers with real data, teaches you how to use the platform, and prepares changes (builds audience filters and takes you to them): it proposes, it never executes — the final click is yours. | A chat you open from the panel. |
Read each on its own page:
Draft, rewrite, shorten, translate and add emojis — plus campaign suggestions, all in your brand's voice.
AssistantIris: it answers with real data, teaches you the platform and prepares changes — builds filters and takes you to them; the final click is yours.
Your brand's voice
The writing layer doesn't write in a generic tone: it follows your brand profile — the voice, tone and facts Instasent builds from your website. The better the brand profile, the closer the AI's wording is to your own. The brand profile is configured in its own page; the AI simply reads it. See Brand profile.
This is the AI inside Instasent — not your own agent
The AI on these pages lives inside the Instasent panel. Connecting your own external agent — Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini — so it can operate Instasent from the outside is a different thing, and it's covered in Connected apps. In short: the assistant on this page is part of Instasent; connecting your own agent is Connected apps.
