Flows
Flows is the automation builder that works on a visual canvas: a trigger enrols the contact, and from there each one follows their own path through sends, waits and branches. This page covers what it is and its current status.
Flows is an automation builder that works on a visual canvas. A trigger enrols a contact, and from there each contact follows their own path through the steps you place: sends, waits and branches that route them depending on what they do, with several possible endings. It's coming soon.
What you build with it
A flow is a graph you draw. Beyond the messages themselves, three kinds of step give it its shape:
- Branches — conditions that route each contact down a different path.
- Waits — from a fixed pause to waiting for something to happen, always with a time limit and an alternative path if it doesn't.
- Endings — a contact can leave the flow at more than one point, and each ending can mean something different.
Available today
Flows is not available yet. The automation tool you can use today is Sequences, and a sequence with a cancellation event already covers the most common branch — stop this contact if they convert. The Automations overview explains what each tool is for.
When Flows ships, this section grows into its own guides.
