StockAgile
Connect StockAgile as a webhook data source: how you paste Instasent's three webhook URLs into StockAgile so new customers and their orders flow into the Instasent ingest stream, what it syncs (note: no initial import), how fields map to attributes, and how consent is controlled through the data you send.
StockAgile is a retail operating system that manages stock, sales, orders and customers. It connects to Instasent as a webhook platform: you paste the webhook URLs Instasent gives you into StockAgile so new customers and their orders flow into Instasent's ingest stream as they happen.
How to connect
StockAgile is a webhook platform: you don't create a credential — Instasent gives you the webhook URLs, and you paste them into StockAgile. This is a manual webhook, and StockAgile uses three separate URLs, one per event: Customer created, Customer updated and Order updated. You can create the Instasent source before setting anything up in StockAgile; the source waits for data in real time.
Add the data source
In Data sources, select Add data source and choose StockAgile from the Integrations section.
Configure the source
Fill in the Configure step — Connection name, Default country, Regional settings / Locale and Timezone — and Instasent creates the source.
Copy the three webhook URLs
Instasent shows three Webhook URLs under Setup instructions — Customer created, Customer updated and Order updated. Copy each one.
Paste them into StockAgile
In StockAgile's webhook settings, register each URL against its matching event: Customer created → the Customer created URL, Customer updated → the Customer updated URL, Order updated → the Order updated URL.
Watch the stream log
Back in Instasent, the source shows a stream log of the data arriving, so you can confirm the connection is working.
For the endpoint shapes and the full setup, see API & webhooks.
What it syncs
StockAgile sends contacts and their orders, in real time as they change: a new
or updated customer arrives as a contact (contact_id), and an updated order arrives as an
order event with its parameters. Because there is no initial import, only changes made
after the webhooks are connected are synced — the source starts empty and fills as
StockAgile activity happens.
Field mapping
The fields StockAgile sends are mapped to Instasent attributes the same way as any source — you confirm which incoming values go into which Instasent attributes. See field mapping.
Consent mapping
StockAgile passes through the customer fields it sends; it has no dedicated marketing
opt-in of its own. Consent is controlled by the fields you map — if a StockAgile
customer field represents a marketing opt-in and you map it to a consent attribute, that
value applies. The same rules apply as for any import: only set
_accepts_marketing_* to false on an active opt-out; "no data" stays null. See
Consent.
