Netherlands
What you need to send to Netherlands on each channel: what is asked for, who files it, how long it takes and what happens if your sender isn't approved.
What this country needs
SMS
- Nothing extra to do: creating your sender is enough.
- Without an approved registration — Messages still go out and are still billed, but delivery is best-effort: the operator may change your sender or filter the message.
RCS
- What they ask for — Email to the operator
- Who acts — You send the email to the operator yourself.
- Have this ready — A named brand contact with a corporate email address; The logo and banner we provide, to attach to the email
- Without an approved registration — Nothing is sent to this country until the registration is approved.
The Netherlands requires a proactive brand authorisation: you send the email, not us. Availability is partial and can vary by operator.
Once the request is ready we give you the recipients, the current template, the agent identifier and the attachments. Don't send anything before we tell you to.
The operator may later ask for an additional signed document. If that happens, we provide the current template and the instructions.
